Columns I use: procedure, surgeon name, specialty/board cert, price, what's included, deposit + refund rules, follow-up schedule, how long they want you to stay, response speed, gut feeling (1–5).
The "what's included" column is where quotes stop being comparable. One quote looked cheap until I realised it didn't include anaesthesia or follow-ups.
