Guys — is a square jaw reduction a dumb idea if I'm worried about looking feminine?

My lower face is really wide (masseter + bone). Botox helped a bit for the muscle but the bone is the bone.

All the before/afters I see are women going for the soft V. I want to stay masculine, just less blocky. Is that even something Korean surgeons do, or is it all V-line?

They definitely do men. Look for clinics that show male cases specifically and ask how they keep the angle — "jaw angle reduction" vs "V-line" are different things.

Plenty of Korean guys get jaw work done. Ask to see male results in consult — any clinic that's done a lot will have them (shown privately, usually not online).

Also worth asking about the nerve risk / numbness timeline for lower jaw stuff. That's the question I've seen surgeons give very different answers to.

Cheers all. Didn't even know the angle vs V-line terminology, that helps searching.
