Silicone vs Gore-Tex vs no implant for the bridge?
My bridge is low and every clinic suggests an implant. Some say silicone, some Gore-Tex, some say "only cartilage". What are people weighing up here?

Big topic. Things I'd ask: infection/removal rates, how it looks in 10 years, and what happens if you want it out. There's a whole Korean forum section just for implant removal which tells you something.

Agree, ask about the exit plan. Also ask how high they'd go — overly tall bridges are the #1 "done" look.
