I'm on tretinoin most nights. Planning a few laser sessions on my trip. Some sources say stop a week before, some say a few days, some say it doesn't matter. Who's right?

Honestly: whoever is lasering you. Tell the derm you're on it (and the strength) when you book, not at the appointment. Lots of places ask you to pause retinoids for some days before and after, but how long depends on the treatment.
