1. Exactly which device / product (brand matters)
2. How many shots/units/lines
3. Who does it — doctor or staff
4. Is numbing included and how long
5. Downtime + aftercare products — included or extra?
6. Refund rules if you only use part of the package

    Adding: ask for the photo of the vial/box before injection if it's a filler or toxin. Totally normal request.

    Ask if unused sessions can be refunded or transferred. Tourists often can't come back to use them.
