Can you realistically do a consult on the same day you land?

Flight gets into Incheon around 6am. Clinic offered me an afternoon slot the same day. Part of me thinks it's efficient, part of me thinks I'll be a jet-lagged zombie agreeing to things I don't understand. Anyone tried this?

I'd book it for the next morning instead. A 6am arrival means you probably haven't slept properly, and a consult is exactly when you want a clear head for questions and numbers. Use landing day for SIM, cash, check-in and a nap.

If you keep it, bring your written question list and someone else to take notes. And don't agree to anything on the day, you can always confirm later.

Did the land-and-go-straight-to-a-meeting thing on a work trip once (not a consult, just a meeting) and I genuinely don't remember half of it. Next morning is the right call.
