Glasses after rhinoplasty — what do people do?

I wear glasses all day and can't really do contacts. I've seen mentions that glasses resting on the bridge isn't great early on. Is this something clinics usually have a plan for (tape, a little support, a timeline) or do I need to sort it out myself? Will ask at consult, just want to know what to ask exactly.
