Septum work at the same time — does it change recovery planning?
I have a deviated septum and might do it together with a cosmetic rhino. Does that usually change splints/packing/how long to stay?

It can. Ask specifically about packing or internal splints, how long they stay, and when they'd want to see you. Functional work sometimes means an extra check before you fly.

Also ask if they'll assess breathing before (some do tests). Nice to have a baseline.

Wondering the same about breathing checks. Sounds like it varies a lot between clinics, so get it from yours.
