Does nasal breathing get checked in a cosmetic consult?
I have a slightly deviated septum and get blocked on one side. If I'm getting cosmetic rhinoplasty anyway, do Korean clinics look at function too?

Bring it up specifically. Some clinics do septoplasty alongside, and some will want a CT first. Make sure it's written into what's included.
