Sleeping propped up after rhino — how do you manage it in a hotel bed?

Every guide says keep your head elevated for the first while. Hotel pillows are tiny and flat. Do people bring a wedge pillow from home, buy one there, or just stack everything in the room? Mildly obsessed with this for some reason.

I'd ask the clinic how long and how high they want you elevated, then plan from that. Lots of people mention a travel neck pillow plus stacking every spare pillow in the room, and most hotels will bring extras if you ask at the front desk. Way easier than flying with a wedge.
