How many consults is too many?
I've got video consults with 6 clinics booked. Is that overkill?

No such thing. Each one teaches you something about your own face.

Not overkill, but make a little table after each one: what they suggested, what they said no to, how much time you got for questions. By consult 4 they all blur together otherwise.

6 is fine. The useful signal is when several of them independently say the same thing about your nose. An outlier opinion is worth a follow-up question, not an instant yes or no.
