Lower eyelid surgery vs filler for under-eye hollows?
I've been quoted both. Filler is quicker but I've read about puffiness and migration. How do people decide?

Depends a lot on whether you have fat bags or just hollows. Hollows only → filler gets suggested. Bags → fat repositioning. Get an opinion on which one you actually have.

Ask what product they'd use and whether it can be dissolved.

Following. Everything I've read says it depends on what's actually causing the shadow. Asking them to point it out on my own face in a mirror is going on my list.
